How do I return an item?

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES We offer a 7-day Refund / 14-day Exchange policy for most products (special order merchandise, Clear out products, memory cards, Bulbs, Film, and software not included). All items for exchange or refund must be returned within the 7/14 days of receipt in "new, never used" condition, complete with all manuals, packaging materials, non-completed warranty card and any related manufacturer's accessory. Any product returned incomplete will either be refused or the refund amount will be reduced accordingly. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please call or e-mail prior to shipping any items to us. We require an RMA number prior to accepting any return shipments. The RMA Number MUST BE CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. You will not be eligible for a refund if the product is lost or damaged during the return shipment. Refund will be against the credit card used in the original purchase only. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse any merchandise.
