The Vidpor LED light offers 40 watt of even lighting for up to 2 hours running time using the two 100mAh Lithium-ion batteries that are provided.  Batteries can be charged using the supplied charger and the kit also includes a bracket for attaching the light to your camera.  This battery is the same a what is used in some Olympus cameras.
