| PRICE AND
PAYMENT TERMS |

| Your receipt will display the products
sub-total, shipping charges, and appropriate taxes in Canadian Dollars.
Orders are not binding upon Frederick's Foto Source until
accepted by Frederick's Foto Source. Acceptance of your
order shall take place when your credit card is debited or other payment
is cleared and until then, Frederick's Foto Source reserves
the right to reject your order for any reason, including for a misprint
in the price displayed on the web site or advertisement. Prices advertised
do not include shipping and handling or applicable sales taxes.
Prices are subject to change at any time prior to acceptance of
your order and in case of a change we shall notify you and ask you
whether you still wish to proceed.
Receipt of your order does not guarantee that we can supply the
selected products to you. All the products on The eStore web site
are subject to availability and we must therefore reserve the right
in exceptional circumstances: to limit quantities of products we
supply; to alter the availability and duration of, and to terminate
at any time, any special offers. We will not deduct any sums from
your credit card unless, or will deduct sums only to the extent,
we are able to deliver the products to you as ordered.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards. Your credit card will
not be charged automatically. The entire
amount will be debited at the time of shipping.
All products or orders cancelled will not
be applied against your credit card. We do not
keep credit card numbers on file.
All applicable taxes will be charged on the order unless you provide
us with a valid tax exemption certificate prior to placing the order.
If your order is to be tax exempt, you should fax a valid sales
tax exemption certificate to: Frederick's Foto Source
(905) 646-1630. After faxing your certificate, you may call (905)
646-4044 Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET and ask
to speak to a customer service representative to place a tax-exempt
order.

| TRACKING YOUR
ORDER |

It’s very easy to keep track
of your order!
When you first complete your order, you will receive an e-mail containing
your order number as a confirmation that your order has been received.
As we add information to your order (shipping, courier information),
you will be e-mailed again. You will always have an up-to-date copy
of your order.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Please e-mail us as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped
it cannot be cancelled. Please review our Return Policy for returning
merchandise.

| SHIPPING AND
DELIVERY |
|
| We deliver anywhere in
North America. Orders sent to PO boxes must include a physical street
address or highway number. Unfortunately, we do not ship orders outside
North America. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Shipping costs include shipping, handling & insurance.
You will receive an e-mail upon completion of your order request.
See section “Tracking your order” for details.
We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure your accepted orders
are delivered promptly but we cannot guarantee that there will be
no delays in delivery, and accept no liability or responsibility
for delayed delivery of products however such delay may be caused.
Pick up your order at our store during normal business hours Monday
to Friday and SAVE ON SHIPPING!
We will e-mail you when your order is ready for pick up (usually
1-3 business days).

| RETURNS, EXCHANGES
AND WARRANTIES |

| We offer a 14-day Refund / Exchange
policy for most products (special order merchandise, memory cards
and software not included). All items for exchange or refund must
be returned within 14 days of receipt in "new, never used"
condition, complete with all manuals, packaging materials, non-completed
warranty card and any related manufacturer's accessory. Any product
returned incomplete will either be refused or the refund amount will
be reduced accordingly. Please note that shipping and handling charges
are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please
call or e-mail prior to shipping any items to us. We require an
RMA number prior to accepting any shipments you may have received
from us. The RMA Number MUST BE CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE OUTSIDE OF
THE BOX. You will not be eligible for a refund if the product is
lost or damaged during the return shipment.

Original receipt or copy of your emailed order confirmation along
with an RMA Number is necessary for any return or exchange. Refund
will be against the credit card used in the original purchase only.
All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right
to refuse any merchandise.
No refund or exchanges of the following items will be accepted:
- Open software
- Film, paper and chemistry
- Open inkjet paper packages
- Cartridges Inkjet, Dye-sub, or Laser-jet
- Light, Projector Bulbs, or any other Bulbs
- Re-furbished, Used, out-of-stock, or special order items
- Shipping & handling charges
If your order arrives broken or damaged please contact us for proper
